BRADY GABERT, B.A., J.D.
Barrister & Solicitor
Born in Rocky Mountain House and raised just up the road in Drayton Valley Brady spent 5 years living and working in downtown Calgary before he decided that he wanted to return to his rural roots. Upon graduating law school Brady was privileged to article under Stewart Woollard and this relationship ultimately evolved into the creation of Elevation Law. Brady’s practice focuses primarily on Corporate and Commercial Law, Business Purchases and Sales, Wills and Estates, and Real Estate.
When not in the office, Brady can often be found golfing or curling with his wife Katy, wading a nearby creek with fly rod in hand, or attempting to “help” his in-laws sort pairs on their family farm near Eckville.

Stewart brings extensive legal experience and passion to Elevation law. During his 40 plus year career, Stewart has developed a reputation for his client centered approach and friendly service. Stewart has practiced in most areas of law during his career, but he has focused his practice on corporate and commercial law, Real estate, and wills and estates.
When not in the office Stewart can be found working on his acreage or traveling with his wife, Marna.
