BRADY GABERT, B.A., J.D.
Barrister & Solicitor
Born in Rocky Mountain House and raised just up the road in Drayton Valley Brady spent 5 years living and working in downtown Calgary before he decided that he wanted to return to his rural roots. Upon graduating law school Brady was privileged to article under Stewart Woollard and this relationship ultimately evolved into the creation of Elevation Law. Brady’s practice focuses primarily on Corporate and Commercial Law, Business Purchases and Sales, Wills and Estates, and Real Estate.
When not in the office, Brady can often be found golfing or curling with his wife Katy, wading a nearby creek with fly rod in hand, or attempting to “help” his in-laws sort pairs on their family farm near Eckville.

CRYSTAL SCHENING, B.A., J.D.
Crystal was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She completed her Baccalauréat és Arts (Bachelor of Arts in French), at the Campus Saint-Jean, University of Alberta in 2006. Crystal continued her university education at the Faculty of Law, University of Alberta.
Crystal graduated with her Juris Doctor (law degree) in 2010. She completed her 1-year articling term with a small law firm in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. Crystal was admitted to the Alberta Bar in September 2011.
Crystal started her own solo private practice in Penhold, Alberta in the summer of 2015. Crystal’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of Wills and Estates, Real Estate, and Corporate Law. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys soccer, swimming, and fitness training.
Crystal has been playing indoor and outdoor soccer with the Central Alberta Women’s Soccer League for over 10 years. Crystal also enjoys spending time with her young family.
